You must visit Peru, you will love it

Peru is a country with amazing and interesting culture and history. The mixing of all different cultures and regions made Peru something to definitely check out.

Three beautiful regions and within each other, a diversity of unforgettable experiences. Each region presents differences geographically and cultural.

The Coast: is the region on the west, bath by the Pacific Ocean and to the east the amazing Andes. This characteristics make this area so arid cover by a thick layer of cloud and drizzle during the winter. Waters of Peru are high of phytoplankton and nutrients causing it to have a inexhaustible sea live.




Humidity produce a cold sensation through the center of the coast produce by the cold sea and the Andes blockage, however the north coast is full of sunshine and warm temperatures.


The coastline cuisine is delicious and creative dishes. Sea bass, grouper, sole, swordfish, shellfish, mollusks, scallops, etc.
You must try the CEVICHE (a mix of cut fish, scallops, conchas, or clams marinated with lime, onions and sometimes hot peppers). Or Aji of langostinos, the chupe de cangrejo (creamy crab soup), parihuelas (fish and shellfish soup), Chorrillana fisch, jaleas... and much more.
Also, Lima has a mix of cuisine with Causa (a cold chicken or shellfish potato pie with tomatoes and avocado), Tamales (a hot dry corn mash filled with hot peppers and chicken or pork and wrapped in banana tree leaves for slow cooking), Tacu Tacu, aji de gallina, sanochado. Try the Chinese - Peruvian like Chaufa, of the African-Peruvian as Anticuchos and CauCau. The favorite beverage is Chicha Morada , drink from peruvian purple corn and the Inka Cola peruvian soda.

Visit Tumbes, Piura and the north cities like Trujillo were a colonial history is still in the downtown buildings and streets. Its beaches are ideal for surfings, diving, fishing. Try Punta Sal or Zorritos. Check out the Mangrove Sanctuary a visit the black hwaks, egrets and other beautiful birds. The Cocodrile Farms were you will see all sort of species.
Piura
Visit the center cities, Lima, Ica, Ancash. You will enjoy the culture and archeological sities. Ancash has the Chavin Culture history and Mount Huascaran with 6768 ma.s.l (the tallest in Peru).
Huascaran
Lima, the capital of Peru. Check the splendid samples of Colonial architecture like the Cathedral, the Convent of San Francisco as well as fantastically wood carven balconies. Museums like the National Museum of Archeology, Anthropology, and History and the Rafael Larco Herrera Archeological Museum, which guards priceless Incan and pre-Incan treasures.
